Blow up: to suddenly become very angry

“blow up“就是爆炸的意思，但假如情绪上爆炸那就是「快被气炸了！！」

Drive sb up the wall: to make someone extremely angry

把某人逼上墙，你可别以为这里有“壁咚”的意思，它同样表示把人逼得实在受不了了。

4. go mental

go mental: to become very angry

“mental"一般当作「理智的」、「心理的」解释。

但在口语中说一个人"mental"凝视再说他神经病，所以go mental就是发神经的意思。

Freak out: to become or cause someone to become extremely emotional

情绪失控了可以用这个短语表示，被逼到崩溃时就用它好了~

e.g. I freaked out when I saw my low test score.

看见自己考了这么低的分，我就崩溃了。

7. Blow one’s top

Blow one’s top: to become extremely angry

“blow one’s top"跟"blow up"意思差不多都是「要爆炸了」的意思，只是"blow one’s top"有「头快炸了」的感觉。

当你已经疯狂到无法思考，那就是"blow one’s top"

e.g. The sudden announcement of his wife’s pregnancy blew his top. (突然听闻他老婆怀孕了，他差点没疯！)
