三选一题型两种基本破解办法：

选择 一个得心应手的观点进行扩展。例如（做运动可以放松身心，有益健康，交朋友，锻炼合作意识等）

2.选一个观点进行扩展，同时另外一段论述其他两个观点的不足取之处

Modern education tends to place an emphasis on youngster’s after-school activity, which is an indispensable part in their overall development. Indeed, an increasing number of young people begin to participate in a variety of extracurricular activities to enrich their life. Faced with the choices among playing musical instrument, taking part-time jobs or volunteer activities and doing some sports, I would prefer to take the second one, which is both beneficial to youngsters’ academic study and social skill development.

 

Above all, gaining early working experience will give students a leg up in the future job market once they reach adulthood. Working teens may figure out earlier than their non-working peers which would best match their interests and abilities. In addition, the working experience youngster accumulated during doing part-time jobs is precious and can be drawn on later in life. Till now, I still remember the content in my personal statement for pursuing my current employment was about the experience my friends and I launched a summer camp in our hometown to teach the primary school students some basic knowledge on Math. Starting from there, I began to realize my potential in teaching and set a goal for my career development as becoming a teacher. Thanks to this part-time working experience, I started my occupational planning early and therefore had enough academic and other relative accumulations which provided me with the confidence to meet any adversity in my future career.

 

Moreover, doing part-time jobs will be a perfect connection between campus life and the society. For most of the young people aging 14-18 are high school students. The primary duty for them would be study, and thus they seldom have the opportunity to get acquainted with the world outside or to meet various people. Fortunately, taking part time jobs will fill this gap. Besides knowledge and the working experience young people gained from their part-time jobs, learning how to get along with different types of people, how to cooperate and communicate with others properly are also valuable achievements which can be obtained from doing part-time jobs.

 

Admittedly, playing musical instrument or doing some exercises will definitely be a great way for young people to relax and to some extent a good opportunity for students to make new friends with common interests. However, by further analysis, young people will also achieve those goals by doing part-time jobs, and what’s more, the part-time jobs will offer youngsters long-term benefits which the other two cannot. Therefore, doing part-time jobs is both practically and mentally beneficial to young people.

 

In conclusion, it is indisputable that extracurricular activities are significant to young people’s all-around development, even to their future achievement. Although the view is widely held, students may be faced with the dilemma of which activity should they choose. With regard of the benefits brought by doing part-time jobs, I believe it is imperative for students to join in this activity during their spare time .
