Recommendations from friends or colleagues. Recommendations from the media (for example, newspaper, TV,...) Yet the fact is often neglected that those afterwards achievements are actually the natural results of their previous education. Many experts point out that an adult’s ability and even personality can be directly attributed to his/her early especially childhood education. Then a good childhood education is what current parents pursue. Faced with the choices of sharing with kids about being helpful, being honest or being well-organized, I would prefer to choose the last one, since the good habit of being well-organizing can exert a beneficial influence both on their present and later study and life. Above all, youngsters aging from five to ten are usually primary school students. If they have a habit of being well-organized on both their time management and arrangement of personal matters, they will be healthier and will be more efficient on their study. My neighbor James is distinguished for being well-organized at an early age. Same as his peers at school, James has three extracurricular classes to attend besides his required curriculum. In order to help him consolidate what he has learned in the curricular and extracurricular classes while not feeling too tired, his mother pays great attention to time management and trains James to arrange everything in good trim. Being aware of the benefits gained from being well-organized, such as not feeling exhausted as his classmates do, and both his study and practice are efficient, James keeps this good habit for years. Meanwhile, as many of his peers give up their extracurricular involvements to concentrate better on their schools work, James managed to have a remarkable performance on both his school work and extracurricular activities, which is partly due to his industriousness but mainly because he can organize everything in a good order. Moreover, most of the habits formed in early childhood will continue into adulthood. In a similar vein, a good habit of being well-organized will benefit people's entire life. As a reputable educationalist claims, it is much more crucial for juveniles to form a good habit of being well-organized during childhood than to study solid knowledge, as this habit will naturally train them to be a good student. That is also the reason why an increasing number of parents begin to realize the significance of sharing the value of being well-organized with their kids as early as possible, since any habit, no matter good or bad, formed during an early age is hard to alter. For instance, people who always stay up late at night and also get up late in the morning will feel very difficult to change this habit when they realize their out-of-order life makes them hard to adjust to the fast pace of the society. Students who only make last minute preparation before deadline will regret that without a good planning and organization they can only get half the results with twice the efforts. An individual on the job market will find most of the employers put great emphasis on the ability of setting priorities which is a significant indication of being well-organized, but also understand it will be too late to train this habit when they need it. Admittedly, being helpful and being honest are all precious morality characters, without which an individual cannot even be categorized as a good person. However, for kids aging from five to ten, who actually do not have the ability to help others and the ability to distinguish among truth, lie and white lie, it will be too abstract for them to understand the exact meaning of being helpful and being honest. It is actually not surprising to see a primary school student consider helping others cheat in the exam as being helpful or complain about classmates with teacher as being honest. In conclusion, as regard to the specific age limitation, to share the value of being well-organized is both practical and beneficial for kids aging from five to ten.
